No block is the same, even the same issues have their own idiosyncrasies, therefore to ensure your specific property needs are met our service is flexible but still remains comprehensive.

We know one of your biggest frustrations is communication; you won’t be speaking to a different person each time you call, having to repeat yourself time and time again.  We do things differently, you will be assigned your own dedicated block manager who will know your history, and proactively manage your block and its interests.

One of the questions we’re most frequently asked is how often we carry out property inspections. Your block manager will aim to visit at least four times a year in order to undertake inspection reports.  If there are any issues they will increase their visits to as often as once a month.

You may have concerns about moving your block to a different property management company; we hope we can ease those concerns. Our approach is very hands-on, as our clients will tell you; we work hard to ensure as smooth and as easy a transition as possible.
